My fairly brief career with “orthogonal arrays” has taught me many lessons, which I may or may not reveal later. But the other so-called “mistake” is a “calculated risk”, which for me is often correct! But what is a “mistake”? There are at least two kinds: one involves hitting a number to fill a blank square too quickly and carelessly.
